All Member Meetings - April 2023

Please review the below video containing our spring all-member meetings from April 5th and April 21st.  Both contain much of the same information but Q&A at the end differs.

Vendor Portal Log In

If you would like to review the dates you are signed up for, make date change requests or update your information for the public-facing vendor directory, please use the below link.

You will need to REGISTER the first time you visit, then create a log in.  Your email must match the one one file (the one you used to sign up/apply)  Please keep track of your log in info and password.

Please remember that date change requests must be done at least 6 days prior to your scheduled date, otherwise you forfeit the fee for that week and risk losing your space at the market.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to offer new merchandise this year at the Snohomish Farmers Market!

As discussed in our All-Member meetings in April, we're offering vendors a chance to be a part of our merchandise.  For $50, you can have your single-color logo printed on the back of our market tote.  The first round sold out quickly so we'll be adding a second order of totes.

Please complete payment below and send your artwork to Market Director Sarah at snohomishfarmersmarket@gmail.com no later than May 25th.

Recurring Vendor Payments

If you are having issues with getting your invoices paid every Friday, please use the below widget to set up weekly recurring payment withdrawals for your stall fees.  Please note that this is a WEEKLY recurring payment for the duration of market season.

Please be sure to email Sarah at snohomishfarmersmarket.org to inform her that you will be setting up weekly payments.  This will help note your account so you do not continue to get invoice balances and angry emails.  It also ensurers your payments are applied correctly to your stall fees due.
